REST! I used to “power through” sick days and just end up miserable for a longer period of time. Today I cancelled my appointments, went back to bed, slept half the day and knew that the world would continue turning, even if I didn’t get back to every e-mail or phone call immediately! Sickness is your body’s way of telling you to slow down and take care of yourself. The worst thing you can do is ignore that important message.
