Feeling stressed about money and that there’s just “never enough”? This stress is NOT about the money. Dig deep and think about what attachments you have made that you are not releasing. It’s beyond the finances; there may be an emotional attachment of some sort.

On the subconscious level, we tend to attach ourselves to our core beliefs we adopted during our childhood, and there may be beliefs of “lack” versus “abundance.” When we grow up believing that certain things are “expensive” and “we can’t afford them,” this is a LACK mindset.

We are then programmed to believe there is a limited amount of resources for survival. We must dig deep and find out where these beliefs are coming from and RELEASE them. The lack mindset and beliefs create a false fear and a false foundation to stand upon. The most powerful foundation comes from within. A belief in yourself. Think about how much you believe in those you look up to—and direct these very feelings of confidence to your OWN inner being! YOU can do and BE anything you put your mind to—but you have to release that which no longer serves you—and stand on your own, amazing, SOLID foundation of confidence.
