Grab a piece of paper and a pen this morning. No matter what you foresee for today, write at the top of the page: “What my best day looks like:” On the left hand column, write out the hours of the day, starting with whatever time it is right NOW. Then, make a list and write out what YOUR ideal, blissful, wonderful, authentic, super-happy day for YOU and only YOU would look like, hour by hour, from NOW until you go to sleep. Next, take a deep breath and smile at the best day that is ahead of you. Whatever elements of your best day you can actually experience, JUST DO IT. And at the end of the day, come back to my post and let me know what your day was like. Embrace every moment of YOUR LIFE today!
