If you only had 13,500 words left to speak in your lifetime (which is the average number of words a person speaks in a day, 20,000 for women; 7,000 for men!), what would they be about? Would your words be negative, toxic and hurtful? Or would they be positive, compassionate and loving?
I’ve noticed people tend to be one or the other, on a daily basis, for the most part. They either speak negatively about their own lives, talk trash about others and may be toxic to be around—OR they focus on their passions, bring out the best in others, and make the best out of any situation.
How do each of these types of people make you FEEL when you are around them? And—be honest with yourself—which one are you? How do you make others feel with YOUR words?
